Liability Waiver

What this covers

This applies to your attendance at a private session arranged through The Leo Experience, including arriving, being on the premises and leaving.

Taking part

You confirm that:

• You are 18 or over.
• You are taking part voluntarily.
• You are not aware of any medical condition that makes it unsafe for you to take part, and you will tell us if that changes before the session.
• You will follow reasonable instructions about safety on the day.

Risk

Being in an unfamiliar place carries ordinary everyday risks. You accept the ordinary risks of attending.

Nothing here removes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your belongings

Please look after your own things. We are not responsible for property you bring with you unless we have caused the loss ourselves.

Alcohol and substances

If anything is served, you drink at your own discretion. We may decline to serve, or end a session, if someone appears unfit to continue.

If something goes wrong

Tell us at the time if you can, and email hello@theleoexperience.co as soon as possible afterwards, so that we have an accurate record.

Changes

If we change this waiver materially, we publish a new version and ask you to read it again.
