Who we are
The Leo Experience ("we") runs a private, application-based session. This policy explains what we collect when you apply, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect
- Your application. Your name, email address and the answers you write.
- Your phone number, if you are shortlisted and continue.
- An identity check, if you are shortlisted. This is carried out by Stripe Identity. They handle the document images; we receive only the result, your verified name, and whether the check passed.
- Technical details sent by your browser when you apply: your IP address and user agent. We use these to stop abuse and for nothing else.
We do not buy personal data, and we do not sell yours.
Why we collect it
To read your application, to decide who to invite, to contact you about it, and to confirm that the person who applied is the person who attends.
How long we keep it
If you are not selected, your application is deleted 90 days after it is decided. This is enforced automatically by a scheduled job, not by someone remembering.
If you attend, we keep a longer record — see the retention note on the application page for the current period.
A short, permanent audit record of the decision itself is kept without your answers, name or contact details, so that we can show what was done and when.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this site and this process:

We do not share your application with anyone else.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it before the automatic deadline. Email hello@theleoexperience.co and we will act on it.
Withdrawing an application withdraws it from consideration.
Cookies
We set only what is needed to keep your application session working while you fill the form and verify your email. There is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we publish a new version and ask you to read it again. Every version is kept and timestamped.
