You can say no

This is the one document you can decline and still apply. Declining is recorded, it is respected, and it does not count against your application in any way.

What you are agreeing to, if you agree

That we may take photographs or video during your session, and use them to show what The Leo Experience is — on our own website and social accounts, and in material about future sessions.

If you agree, you are not entitled to payment for that use.

What we will not do

• We will not sell your image to anyone else.
• We will not use your image to endorse an unrelated product or company.
• We will not use your image in a way intended to embarrass you.
• We will not publish your full name alongside your image unless you say we may.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw this at any time by emailing hello@theleoexperience.co. We will stop using the material going forward and remove it from our own channels where we can. We may not be able to recall something already printed, or reposted by someone else.

On the day

If you would rather not be photographed at a particular moment, say so. That will be respected whatever this document says.

Changes

If we change this release materially, we publish a new version and ask you to read it again.
